Nthabiseng Msingatha is the Founder & CEO of YouMeta EdTech. She has a strong passion for human capital development, particularly guiding individuals in forming their occupation identity. She has a Civil and Industrial engineering background at the Wits University. As the Founder & CEO, her role and responsibilities include, but not limited to, ensuring all operations work toward achieving the Vision and Mission of the company; setting comprehensive goals for the development of the company, as well as the implementation of growth strategies from marketing through to establishing strategic partnerships.

Ntuthuzelo Mbadi, commonly known as Moro, is the Finance & Operations Executive at YouMeta EdTech. He majored in Economics and Political Science in his undergrad and has recently completed his Honours in Economics. He has a keen interest in Developmental Economics with a passion for influencing change and making impact. As the Finance Executive, his role and responsibilities include, but not limited to; overseeing matters pertaining to cash flow and financial planning, the preparation of budgets, as well as the management of records and receipts to ensure the overall sustainability of our operations.
